- The competing rate must be for the exact same booking criteria: same room type, same dates, same number of guests, same cancellation policy, and same inclusions.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rates found on opaque or auction websites where the hotel brand is not disclosed until after purchase.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rates that require membership in a loyalty program or include special discounts (e.g., AAA, senior, government, corporate, or group rates).
- The lower rate must be available for booking at the time the Best Rate Guarantee claim is verified by our team.
- The Best Rate Guarantee applies only to rates found and booked online.
- Hotel RheinFall reserves the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
